This birth, if we practise goodness, practise with sila dhamma, morality, then we can be high on the level of the mind. We aren\u2019t high or low because of the exterior. The Buddha&#8217;s teachings are like a stream of water, and those who learn Dhamma, will gain coolness and happiness.
