2021.03.06 | Suppose we have a glass of clean water, or some delicious food on a very beautiful plate, and some hair falls into that. Then immediately, we get the feeling that the food is unclean. The water that was pure before has now become dirty, and that happens instantly. We can contemplate the hair of the head, hair of the body, nails, teeth and skin, until samadhi arises and joy comes up.<\/p>\n
