Everything is empty. This is how the awakened mind sees things.<\/p>\n<p>Ajahn Anan will be conducting an 8-Days Virtual Retreat via Zoom, on 6th &#8211; 13th March 2021. The daily programme is scheduled from 5am to 9.30pm (Bangkok, GMT+7), and includes daily sitting\/walking meditation, Dhamma talks and QnA sessions.
